Lalisa Manobal, known mononymously as Lisa, world renowned as the member of the South Korean girl group Blackpink, had a very tough time in the initially days as the only Korean word she knew was Annyeonghaseyo, which means Hello.   1.  Her debut single album “Lalisa” was released on September 10, 2021, becoming the third soloist of her group Blackpink. The album sold 736,221 copies in Korea on the first week of release.
  2.  With this, she became the first female soloist to achieve over 500,000 copies in first week sales. She also set the record for highest first-week sales among all female artists.
  3.  The music video for “Lalisa,” the lead single of the album, became the most viewed video by a soloist in 24 hours with 73.6 million views, breaking the record held by Taylor Swift's "Me!"
