Skinwalker Ranch was first established in 1996, and according to many people in the area, the place has been known to be a paranormal hotspot. Many paranormal experts and hunters have been to the place to hunt and observe paranormal activities. However, to other conspiracy theorists, the area potentially holds answers to UFO theories and has all the secrets about it. Others believe that the place was used as a meeting place for extraterrestrial activities.

The "haunted" land

The 512-acre plot of land in Utah derived its name from the Navajo folktale of the skinwalker. Thus, it was called by the Ballad property as the Skinwalker Ranch. According to legend, there was once a creature that resided in the place, and many believe it was an evil-minded and malicious witch. Legend also says that the witch could transform into any form she desires.

The skinwalker was believed to transform in four-legged mammals, such as coyotes, but sometimes they are said to appear as owls and crows. While theories say that the whole concept is just a myth, there were eyewitnesses in recent years that say they have come across such creatures, but it differs every year. Furthermore, there is also more in the ranch that tells aside from shape-shifters.

According to History, there were a bunch of cattle that were found in the ranch that was a strangely surgical and bloodless manner in the property. There were also reports and theories that say that UFO sightings have been prominently found in the area and they come in numbers in the sky. But, to some people, they think that the whole lot is cursed.

The rumour about the land being cursed began when Terry Sherman left his newly-bought property after experiencing a horrifying scene in the land that he could not handle. This happened way back in 1996.

The Skinwalker Ranch History

According to a published article by The Deseret News, they featured the ranch and even featured Terry and Gwen Sherman in the interview. The site was not popular way back but when they did the story about the Shermans' experience, the article circulated like wildfire. The article revealed the Shermans and how they were eager to stop the professed UFO activity that is rumoured to have happened in their home.

According to Terry, he and his family were wondering for a long time about what are the things they have been seeing in their house, and they believe it was something top-secret. He admitted that they were clueless about the said ongoing activity during that time.

The couple had two kids, a teenage boy and a 10-year old girl, and even the two kids can testify that there have been unusual UFO activities happening in their home. In fact, they were able to witness three types during their 15 months stay in the house.

The kids said that the first UFO that they sighted was small and has a box shape. The second one was about 40-feet long, and the last one was a huge aircraft that has a size of combined football fields in one place.

Through the years, the Skinwalker Ranch got scarier and more haunted than ever. To some people, it got weirder as the days go by. People still believe there are still things that are happening in the ranch up to this day, and it is just waiting to be discovered.
